Biannca is a creative consultant and event producer working at the intersection of food, beverage, art, and storytelling. With experience spanning startups, boutique studios, and global agencies, she brings a 360° understanding of brand storytelling and event architecture, balancing creative vision with operational precision. Each project is an exercise in building environments where ideas feel alive and curated through thoughtful design, sensory engagement, and collaborative intention.

CARVINGBLOCK is an ‘Epicurean Maison’ - a culinary storytelling house that builds brand momentum from the culture of hospitality.
Biannca produced 15 back-to-back experiential activations within a 90-day period across Los Angeles, New York City, and Palm Springs for brands including Amazon Studios, Dior, Supergoop!, ME+EM, e.l.f. Beauty, Houseplant x Carbone Fine Foods, Tropa Tequila, and sweetgreen. She led large-scale experiential activations, including brand launches, Coachella and Stagecoach festival programming, VIP dinners, influencer events, and hospitality-driven consumer experiences.
Biannca oversaw client communications, strategic planning, budgeting, fabrication, culinary and beverage programming, and management of all contractors and vendors while leading a lean internal team consisting of an experiential designer and culinary operations lead. She also collaborated closely with the company's studio arm on creative deliverables, including content creation, photography, videography, and brand storytelling assets. Across all projects, Biannca consistently delivered luxury, hospitality-forward, and high-volume experiential productions averaging a 50% profit margin.

Cloth & Flame is a hospitality-driven experiential company known for immersive culinary gatherings, destination experiences, and large-scale brand activations rooted in storytelling, design, and community.
After returning to the company two years after previously serving as a coordinator, Biannca stepped into a multifaceted leadership position overseeing strategic partnerships, experiential production, hospitality programming, and client development across luxury, wellness, tourism, and consumer brands.
Biannca developed partnerships with hospitality brands, chefs, tourism organizations, agencies, and creative collaborators.
Biannca produced large-scale dinners, retreats, festivals, influencer events, and experiential hospitality programming across luxury, fashion, beauty, wellness, and consumer packaged goods sectors.
Beyond production, Biannca is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hr, Hatha) certified through Seven Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, AZ. Her wellness background continues to shape her leadership style and creative philosophy, emphasizing mindfulness, connection, and purpose-driven collaboration.
